Review and Analysis of Existing Drought Risk: Reduction Policies and Programmes in Kenya

This study has entailed review and analysis of existing national level Disaster Risk Reduction policies and programmes including those of the Kenya government, bilateral and multi-lateral agencies as well as non-governmental organizations. The key outputs are the specific analyses on policies and programmes on Disaster Risk Reduction and outlines of intervention options to accommodate current climate or drought trends and institutional settings made to the relevant authorities within the country.
