The Centre on Housing Rights and Evictions (COHRE) undertook a fact-finding mission to Latvia from 21-24 October 1999 with the aim of understanding the housing and eviction problems facing this former Soviet Republic. This report presents COHRE's findings and recommendations for the improvement of the housing rights situation in Latvia.
