Mrs. Sarah Ernst from Architecture Sans Frontières (ASF) presented the draft version of the guide "Reducing RIsk and Promoting Sustainability", with a case study of the Chakuni Village, in the Uttarakhand state, India.

Starting from local resources, the ASF, with the help of the local community, succeeded in building sustainable shelter and, subsequently, temporary services for population's settlement.
