This video made on 2011, presents the ERRCM project in southern Philippines. In fact, this area has a long history of conflict with armed groups which affected hundreds of people in 2008. Government and partners decided to help people displaced by the armed conflict thanks to a complete early recovery and rehabilitation project (ERRCM).
