Theo Schilderman presented on Practical Action projects for housing reconstruction in Peru where a process oriented approach was implemented.
Through this beneficiaries had been directly involved in the reconstruction effort, enabling them to chose the right technologies and participate in setting standards.
The presentation showed how housing can be understood as an incremental process, which makes people not only their houses resilient.
