Evaluation of the Shelter and NFI cluster response to Cyclone Giri in Myanmar. The structure of the report includes a background to the emergency and a timeline, performance of the ESC with regards to its Terms of Reference, and other issues related to accountability, lesson learning and deployment of coordination teams in small and medium size emergencies, and finally Recommendations. Throughout the report there are bullet points which include key findings and detailed recommendations which are then summarized in the final Recommendations.
