The Building Control Act B. E. 2522 was issued as a guideline and criteria for construction of building. It contains authorized license, inspection, stand of building weight, safety reason as well as feature of construction materials. Furthermore, the Committee of Building Control is identified their roles. The relevant officials at provincial level are authorized their responsibility for implementation and control the Act.
