The objective of the HA/SHA programme remains the improvement of general living conditions by setting up necessary technical and social infrastructure framework. In 2003 SDC had allocated a budget of 1, 050, 000 CHF over two years, for people living on TCS in Istog and Mitrovica. Started 2004 with the programme in Istog Municipality, to continue in Mitrovica next year.
