The e-Atlas provides such a tool, with information on where and what types of natural hazards may occur and which communities are most likely to be affected. It will help in developing appropriate risk reduction programs. This document presents the spatial distribution of heat wave hazard for the WHO e-atlas of disaster risk, volume 1: exposure to natural hazards, Version 2.0.
