Development of an After Earthquake Disaster Shelter Evaluation Model

Based on actual surveys after earthquakes in Taiwan, study maps behavior of populations during and after earthquakes. Important for shelter is how population distributed themselves amongst shelters in open spaces, shelter in public buildings, refuge with friends and family, etc. Breakdowns by both age and income, which show differences in how populations respond.
