The state, on explicit behalf of the society, delegated(s) its prerogatives or rather powers to
the military to protect the former against any kind of external as well as internal threat or use
of force. The very practice of delegating from the (society)-state to military enabled the
former to assume the principal and the latter, to take the position of agent logically,
democratically and even morally.
