The first presentation of the NRC concentrated on urban IDPs. The issues addressed were the need for establishing a status quo for current initiatives, as well as the need for comprehensive and commonly agreed upon set of guidelines and assistance methods. The second presentation revolved primarily around the issues facing urban IDPs; ranging from profiling with a particular emphasis on the need for guidance, to the tools and methodology used in order to improve humanitarian responses.
