Mr. Bowman Heiden and Mrs. Desirée Bartosiak (Qatar Foundation) presented the 'Qatar Shelter Initiative'.
Starting with a brief introduction to the structure and aims of the Qatar foundation, the presentation then gives an overview of the shelter initiative, which focuses on three main objectives:
- Research and innovation
- Knowledge management
- Training and education
The goal is to achieve these objectives through site visits, interviews, focus groups, surveys and literature review
