One of the most important roles of Department of Land (DoL) is to solve the poverty problem. According to the government policy, DoL responsibility to distribute the land for people and DoL recognized that there are many departments, regulations, and officers involved in this process and to avoid the confusion among each other, DoL had developed this manual for the staff and agency involved to use in their responsibilities, include the details of regulations, procedures, and other related information.
