The intent of the Guidelines is to solicit the information required for USAID/OFDA to make
efficient and effective funding decisions. To expedite the proposal review and funding
process, you should use the formats suggested in the Guidelines. This practice will
ensure that proposals include relevant information identified within these Guidelines as
required and therefore will be considered for funding.
