This document presents the spatial distribution of flood hazard for the WHO e-atlas of disaster risk, volume 1: exposure to natural hazards, Version 2.0. The methodology used to spatially distribute flood hazard combines the extent of past flood
events with the spatial distribution of causal factors. This combination enables the calculation
of a weighted score for each individual causal factor.
