Gabriel Fernandez del Pino and Andrea Stewart presented the 'Emergency capacity Building Project' (ECB).
The ECB is a collaboration between six international NGO's working on DRR, National staff capacity building, improving accountability to disaster affected communities and developing impact mesurement best practice tools.
The project has five regional Consortia (Bangladesh, Bolivia, Indonesia, Niger and Horn of Africa), supported by a global advirory group.
