The TEC's Synthesis Report represents over a year's work by TEC member agencies. In line with the TEC's thematic evaluations, it examines the successes and failures as well as the constraints within which the tsunami response occurred. Itdistils findings and learning from the TEC's thematic evaluationsand alsofrom over 140 additional reports, including many TEC member agencies' real-time and ex-post evaluations and learning reviews.
