The purpose of this law is To appreciate the interface between the Ministry, Local Authorities and the Housing Communities.To understand the pro- poor development strategies used to address poverty and homelessness.
To develop a wealthy first- hand information from poor communities that defines their own settlement
realities.To recommend to the Executive specific actions to take in order to address, alleviate and rectify human settlement shortcomings.
