The deadline for comments is Wednesday, 27th May, 2009, after which the final guildelines will be published, and available on <a href="http://www.proactnetwork.org/" target="_blank">www.proactnetwork.org</a> and <a href="http://old.sheltercentre.org/" target="_blank">www.sheltercentre.org</a>.</p> <h3><b>Projects under review:</b></h3> <p>-<b> World Bank handbook on reconstruction<br /> </b>Progress was made towards harmonising the guiding principles in the forthcoming World Bank <a href="http://old.sheltercentre.org/Handbook%20Post%20Disaster%20Housing%20and%20Community%20Reconstruction" target="_blank">handbook</a> on reconstruction and the OCHA/Shelter Centre transitional settlement and reconstruction <a href="http://old.sheltercentre.org/tsar/guidelines" target="_blank">guidelines</a></p> <p>-<b> Transitional settlement and reconstruction guidelines<br /> </b>Support was given to the six category terms for transitional reconstruction for non-displaced populations and for expanded inclusion of assistance methods in the final version of the transitional settlement and reconstruction <a href="http://old.sheltercentre.org/tsar/guidelines" target="_blank">guidelines</a>.
